Formal invitations will be sent out approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding with instructions on how to RSVP on our website. If you foresee that you will not be able to attend, please feel free to let us know in advance.

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we are planning an intimate wedding of only 100 people. Therefore, we will not be able to accommodate a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation to come. Thank you so much for understanding.

In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend an invitation to the few children of our wedding party. Those guests will be be notified separately.

Yes! We warmly invite all our cherished guests to dress in attire that matches or complements our wedding color palette: Wine, Burgundy, Gold, Champagne, and/or Cream. You can wear these colors as your primary colors or add them as accents to your outfit. Yay coordinated photos!

Attire for the wedding is cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at a private venue called Sequoia Mansion. It is located at 643 Bee St, Placerville, CA 95667. The venue is less than 5 minutes off of Highway 50 and very easy to get to by car.

The closest airport to our venue is Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony (weather dependent). We encourage our guests to dress warmly for roughly 60 minutes of sitting outdoors.

Yes, there is parking available on site with additional street parking, if needed.

No, there are no reserved room blocks but we provide a few hotels with special discounted rates on the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab.

We are planning a varied buffet for our guests to enjoy. If anyone has dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Unfortunately, there will not be an open bar. Wine and soft drinks will be provided with dinner and a cash bar will available for anyone interested in other options.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and card box for your convenience.

We are looking forward to an unplugged (phone-free) ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture this moment with their professional camera, so you can capture how it feels with your hearts. We promise to share these images with everyone after the wedding. Cameras are welcome at our plugged-in reception. Snap away!
